My diet plan..

Since aku skrg dah obese...berat pon dah 10-15 kg overweight dr sepatutnya..sampai hampir sume baju pon dah tak muat...dan hanya skirt2 je yg boleh disarungkan ditahap selamat..makanya...aku terpaksala mengembark new eating regime dalam hidup aku...sampaila..aku boleh muat semula sekurang2nya..suit yg aku plan nak pakai during my viva nanti..it could be possible aku leh sarungkan suar tu sebaik aku 58-61kg...

I was reading from somewhere yg mana...in order to maintain slim..try to eat before 5pm...soalannya di sini...mampukah aku???? buat masa ni...mmg aku takde masa sgt nak masak-memasak..coz, kalu dah masuk keje..sah2 je aku akan balik dlm kul 7 petang slps pick Harris from school..makanya...the best food yg terpaksa aku pilih utk makan sblm 5ptg adalah..."SANDWICH". Mebe, what can I do temporarily is to eat a bit heavy during lunch or breakfast but start to eat lightly bila dah masuk ke dinner nanti...yg mana, i dont think this would effect my milk supply di kemudiannya...andai kata aku still lapar..after 5pm..the save food i could ever take..perhaps biscuit or buah2an...tingin jugak aku praktis makan before 5 pm for 7 days..utk melihat sejauh mana keberkesanannya..
