Audit masih tak habis lagi..Kalu audit pagi tadi..terasa mcm boleh bernafas..tapi, audit petang ni plak nampak sungguh mengstresskan..apatah lagi bila one of the auditors mula buat gaya ala2 kerek..
Oh, I'm sorry..in this case..I have to issue you..for major NCR..
OMG!!! Sapa aje nak major NCR sampai nak kene tunggu 3 bulan lagi to make our head feel so stressful??? Aku pon tak mahu..dan tak mahu...Syukur alhamdulillah, our advisor was coming in time, to lend us his hands also to give us his immediate opinion to resolve this matter..and it is such a relief too..bila, finally, Mr L starting to cool down by saying..
Its ok..try to include everything now before I'm leaving before I issue to you a major NCR
Hooray! Terasa sprt...ade cahaya sedikit di hadapan yg bule memberikan kami harapan. Actually, its not our fault too.. for not to include... the 3rd Party Procurement Procedure in our QMS..It is just because..we've been told to do that in fact from our 1st audit by their auditor...We were wrong at first by highlighting to Mr L, that the advise to exclude the procedure was coming from Mr S (our advisor) and I could see, by saying Mr S name..did make thing worse at that time...as..Mr L kept insist...e/though we had been stressing it out..we have not yet implemented or even still not sure wether or not we are going to involve procurement in future..
I really cant wait to hear the closing meeting..and just hope and praying hard that we may be granted for this ISO certificate by Llyod's Register Quality Assurance!.
