Citer lain..aku telah memulakan sedikit demi sedikit..regim berexercise aku..berjalan kaki atas threadmill sehari dlm 20 minutes..kalu ikutkan, lagi elok kalu dapat berjogging..masalahnya, aku lak tak larat..badan mcm dah kaput smcm..kalu dok berjogging...dan sbb tu gak..aku hanya berjalan kaki shj instead of berjogging..
